Rob Pannell
PLL: Maryland Whipsnakes
Rob Pannell is a veteran attackman in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), currently playing for the Maryland Whipsnakes. One of the most accomplished players in pro lacrosse, Rob is an 11-time All-Star, 2-time PLL All-Pro, 2018 MLL MVP, and 2-time Offensive Player of the Year.
He began his career with the New York Lizards in MLL before joining the PLL in 2020, where he played for Atlas LC and the Redwoods prior to signing with the Whipsnakes in 2025.
Internationally, Rob has won two gold medals with Team USA (2014, 2018).
At Cornell University, he won the 2013 Tewaaraton Award, was a 2-time USILA Player of the Year, 4-time All-American, and graduated as the all-time NCAA points leader with 354.
A native of Smithtown, NY, Rob also attended Deerfield Academy and now lives in New York City, where he continues to grow the game through coaching and mentorship.


Grant Ament
PLL: Utah Archers
Grant Ament is a rising star in professional lacrosse, suiting up for Archers LC in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL). A dynamic, positionless offensive weapon, he was ranked the PLL’s No. 1 player in 2020, earned All-Pro honors at both midfield and attack in 2024 (joining only Gary Gait in league history), and has been selected as an All-Star three times.
In just his second season (2020), Ament led the league in total points with 40 and even served as All-Star Game captain in 2021. In 2024, he topped midfield scoring, secured a first-team All-Pro nod, and helped guide the Archers to their second consecutive Championship Series berth.
During his collegiate career at Penn State, Ament set the single-season assist record, became the school’s first Tewaaraton Award finalist, was honored as the 2019 Attackman of the Year and Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year, and earned three-time All-American and four-time All-Big Ten accolades while captaining the team.
Ament grew up in Doylestown, PA, and attended The Haverford School, where he now serves as the offensive coordinator. He currently resides in Philadelphia.
Tom Schreiber
PLL: Utah Archers • NLL: Toronto Rock
Tom Schreiber is a professional lacrosse player for the Archers Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), the Toronto Rock in the National Lacrosse League (NLL), and Team USA. Recognized as one of the best midfielders in the world, Tom was ranked the PLL’s No. 1 player in 2020, is a 2-time recipient of the Gait Brothers Midfielder of the Year award, and a 3-time PLL All-Star.
Before the PLL, Tom played five seasons with the Ohio Machine, where he was the first overall draft pick, a 2-time MLL MVP, a 5-time All-Star, and led the team to a league championship in 2017.
In the NLL, Tom was named the 2017 Rookie of the Year with the Toronto Rock and led the team in points in both 2017 and 2018.
Internationally, Tom won gold with Team USA at the 2018 FIL World Championship, where he earned All-World Team honors and was named Most Outstanding Midfielder.
A graduate of Princeton University, Tom was a 2-time Tewaaraton Award finalist, a 2-time National Midfielder of the Year, a 4-time All-American, and served as a 2-time team captain. He also received the 2014 Senior CLASS Award for excellence on and off the field.
Tom grew up on Long Island, New York, attending St. Anthony’s High School, and now lives in Hoboken, New Jersey.


Mac O’Keefe
PLL: Utah Archers • NLL: San Diego Seals
Mac O’Keefe is a professional lacrosse attackman for Archers LC in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) and the San Diego Seals in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). Known for his elite shooting skills, Mac claimed PLL Championships in 2021, 2023 and 2024, won as a rookie with Carolina Chaos, and was named a 2023 All-Star.
He was selected in the 2021 PLL College Draft by Chaos and pulled in 72 points through 24 games after signing with Archers in 2023. In the NLL, he was drafted 15th overall in 2020 by the San Diego Seals and debuted in 2022.
At Penn State, Mac became the NCAA all-time leading goal scorer with 221 goals, blasting 51 as a freshman, then 78 in 2019, helping the Nittany Lions to their first-ever Final Four. He finished his career as a 4× All-American, 2019 Big Ten Tournament MVP, and 2× Tewaaraton finalist.
A native of Syosset, Long Island, Mac attended Syosset High School, and now lives back in Syosset, where his lacrosse journey began.
JT Giles Harris
PLL: Denver Outlaws
J.T. Giles‑Harris was the 2022 PLL Defensive Player of the Year, anchoring Chrome Lacrosse Club as a shutdown close defender. JT currently plays for the Denver Outlaws. He was selected 3rd overall in the 2021 PLL Draft and earned PLL All-Star honors in that debut season.
Before turning pro, J.T. carved out a standout career at Duke University, where he served as a two‑time team captain, became a three‑time All‑American (twice First Team), and received the 2021 William F. Schmeisser Award as the nation’s top defenseman. He also claimed ACC Defensive Player of the Year (2019), set Duke’s all-time record with 89 caused turnovers, and logged 147 career ground balls, alongside earning multiple academic honors.
In his rookie PLL season, J.T. finished with 11 caused turnovers, 24 ground balls, and helped Chrome’s defense reach #2 in settled set efficiency (10.2 GAA).
Off the field, J.T. has transitioned into coaching—first with Hampton University and now helping build Jacksonville’s defense. A native of Nyack, NY, and alumnus of St. Joseph Regional (NJ), he remains a powerful influence both on and off the field.


Blaze Riorden
PLL: Carolina Chaos • NLL: Philadelphia Wings
Blaze Riorden is widely regarded as the toughest goalie to shoot on in professional lacrosse. He’s currently the starting goalie and captain of Chaos Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), and also plays forward for the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League (NLL).
In the PLL, Blaze has earned Goalie of the Year honors five times (2019–21, 2023–24), was the PLL MVP in 2021, and was voted the #1 player by his peers in 2021. He led Chaos to the 2021 PLL Championship, earning Finals MVP, and continues to dominate in net—recently setting a single-game record with 25 saves and topping the league in total saves.
Unique in his career, Blaze excels in both codes of lacrosse—field and box. As a forward in the NLL, he tallied 43 points (21 goals, 22 assists) in 18 games during the 2022–23 season, and has surpassed 300 career NLL points .
At the University at Albany, Blaze was a standout All-American goalie, famously scoring a coast-to-coast goal against Cornell in the NCAA Tournament. He set the program record with 849 career saves and was named America East Defensive Player of the Year in 2016.
A native of Fairport, New York, Blaze now resides in Philadelphia, PA, where he continues to push the boundaries of what a lacrosse goalie can do—across both professional leagues.
TD Ierlan
PLL: California Redwoods • NLL: Toronto Rock
T.D. Ierlan is an elite face-off specialist in both field and box lacrosse, currently playing for Redwoods LC in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) and the Toronto Rock in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). He was selected 4th overall in the 2021 PLL Draft, earned All-Star honors in 2021, and finished his rookie season with a .650 faceoff win percentage and 79 ground balls.
In the NLL, Ierlan was drafted 30th overall in 2020 by the Toronto Rock. As a rookie, he recorded a .597 faceoff win percentage and 121 loose balls, later improving to .624 faceoff percentage and 202 loose balls in the 2022‑23 season.
Collegiately, Ierlan played at Albany, Yale, and Denver, earning five All-American selections and rewriting NCAA faceoff history. He holds the career record for faceoff wins (1,245) and ground balls (867), with a winning percentage of 75.1 % over 500+ attempts. Notable milestones include 393 faceoff wins in 2019, 26-for-26 against Harvard, and 31 wins in an NCAA Tournament game.
TD is widely hailed as the best face-off specialist ever in NCAA Division I lacrosse.
A native of Victor, New York, and graduate of Victor High School, he now lives in Rochester, NY, and serves as a volunteer assistant coach at Syracuse University, sharing his expertise at the faceoff X.


Dempsey Arsenault
WLL: Boston Guards
Dempsey Arsenault is a professional lacrosse player and Team USA midfielder, currently playing for the Boston Guards in the Women’s Lacrosse League (WLL). She recently helped Team USA capture gold at the 2022 World Championships and is known for her elite two-way play and leadership on the field.
A standout at Boston College, Dempsey was a two-time All-American, competed in three NCAA Championship games, and was named the 2019 Division I Midfielder of the Year. That same year, she was honored as Boston College’s Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Following graduation, Dempsey won a Women’s Professional Lacrosse Championship with Team Brave and was named Championship MVP. She has also competed in Athletes Unlimited, where she quickly became one of the league’s top-ranked players.
Originally from New Hampton, New Hampshire, Dempsey was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school. She now resides in San Diego, California, where she runs her own lacrosse training business, focused on developing youth players and growing the game.
Ally Mastroianni
WLL: California Palms
Ally Mastroianni is one of the top midfielders in professional lacrosse and a rising leader on the international stage. She currently plays for the California Palms in the Women’s Lacrosse League (WLL), where she serves as team captain. Ally has also competed in Athletes Unlimited, finishing in the top 10 in the overall leaderboard three years in a row.
A National Champion at the University of North Carolina, Ally helped lead the Tar Heels to four ACC Championships, a 2022 NCAA title, and was honored as the National Midfielder of the Year, two-time ACC Midfielder of the Year, First-Team All-American, and a Tewaaraton Finalist.
On the international level, Ally is a two-time World Champion with Team USA, winning gold at the 2022 Women’s World Championship in field lacrosse and again in box lacrosse in 2024, where she captained the first-ever USA Women’s Box Lacrosse Team in a historic win over Canada. She is also a member of all three USA Women’s National Teams—field, box, and sixes—and is competing toward a potential spot in the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
Originally from Martinsville, New Jersey, Ally attended Bridgewater-Raritan High School. She is deeply passionate about growing the game around the world and spends her time coaching and training the next generation of players with a focus on development, empowerment, and high-level instruction.
